The Presenters





Elissa Epel, Ph.D. is an international expert on stress, well-being, and optimal aging and a best-selling author of The Telomere Effect, and now The Stress Prescription. She is a Professor in the Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences, at The University of California, San Francisco, where she directs the UCSF Aging Metabolism Emotions Center. She studies how psychosocial and behavioral factors, such as meditation and positive stress, can slow aging and focuses on climate wellness.
Lara Fielding, Psy.D., Ed.M. is a behavioral psychologist and author, specializing in mindful self-awareness and skills for coping with stress and strong emotions. At UCLA and Harvard, she studied the psycho-physiology of stress, emotions and cognition, before getting her doctorate at Pepperdine, where she was an Adjunct Professor. She is author of the book Mastering Adulthood: Go Beyond Adulting to Become an Emotional Grown-Up.
Kat Gordon helps people stay centered, calm and creative through her work as an Executive Coach and Reiki Master. After a storied career in advertising, where she was named one of “30 Most Creative Women in Advertising” by BusinessInsider and “Visionary of the Year” by Advertising Age, Kat now brings human transformation to the Fortune500 through her latest startup: The Creative Coaching Coalition.
Imelda Oppenheim teaches yoga to all levels of experience through gentle movement, breathwork and meditation. Ever so distracted by modern living, and as a proud member of the ‘Boomer Generation’ she recognizes the effectiveness of slow mindful practices to improve focus and calm the nervous system. Imelda has been teaching yoga in the San Francisco Bay Area for over a decade and offers individual and small group classes in person and online. She currently lives in Calistoga with her husband, Mark.
Ingrid A. Foster has devoted over 40 years to the study and practice of energy healing as a Usui Reiki Master, Certified Angel Therapy Practitioner, and Crystal Bowl Sound Alchemist. Guided by a lifelong connection to angels, energy, and frequency, she offers both private and group sound healing experiences designed to restore harmony and awaken inner alignment. With a background in classical dance and performance, Ingrid weaves grace, presence, and artistry into every crystal bowl sound bath she curates—creating immersive, elevated experiences that soothe the nervous system and nourish the soul.
Darlene Meltzer has spent over 40 years guiding others in movement, healing, and mindful living. Drawing from practices such as Qigong, Pilates, meditation, breathwork, yoga, and Tai Chi, she supports a holistic approach that nurtures the connection of mind, body, and spirit. Her teaching encourages balance, vitality, and a deeper sense of inner calm.
