Listed below are our most popular donor categories. 

       Music in the Vineyards reaches a large number of affluent residents who are interested in the arts, classical music, wine and the Napa Valley. According to our patron surveys, our average patron is 40-70 years of age with an annual household income of at least $120,000. This enticing, upscale, annual event could be your opportunity to support a local, non-profit arts organization and reach an ideal market for your corporation. Sponsorship income allows Music in the Vineyards to maintain the high artistic standards for which it has become internationally known and helps support free concerts, open rehearsals, a solo instrumental competition and scholarships for young Napa Valley musicians. This year, we are offering multiple levels of sponsorship for Music in the Vineyards complete with valuable advertising, public relations and community outreach benefits.

GOLD FESTIVAL SPONSORS - $15,000

Businesses and individuals can express their passion for Music in the Vineyards through a contribution of $15,000 and above. Gold Sponsor benefits include:

♪          A concert of your choice to underwrite plus select four artists to adopt

♪          Acknowledgement in the Festival Program Book, website, and from the stage

♪          Eight complimentary front row seats, to be used at one or several concerts

♪          Invitation to special VIP events where you will meet the artists you have adopted and mingle with the artistic directors and other supporters

 

SILVER FESTIVAL SPONSORS - $10,000

Businesses and individuals can express their support for Music in the Vineyards through a contribution of $10,000 and above. Silver Sponsor benefits include:

♪          A concert of your choice to underwrite plus select two artists to adopt

♪          Acknowledgement in the Festival Program Book, website, and from the stage

♪          Four complimentary front row seats, to be used at your selected concert

♪          Invitation to special VIP events where you will meet the artists you have adopted and mingle with the artistic directors and other supporters

 

CONCERT SPONSORS - $5,000

Businesses and individuals are invited to become Concert Sponsors. Benefits include:

♪          A concert of your choice to underwrite.

♪          Acknowledgement in the Festival Program Book, website, and from the stage

♪          Four complimentary front row seats, to be used at your selected concert. (if more seats are required these can also be reserved in the front.

♪          Invitation to special events where you will mingle with the artistic directors, musicians and other supporters.

 

PIANO SPONSORS CIRCLE - $2,500

Music in the Vineyards is the world-recognized summer chamber music festival that it is, thanks in no small part to its outstanding piano and its commitment to bringing a number of highly-regarded piano greats each festival to perform on it. The Piano Sponsors Circle provides generous funding that helps cover the maintenance, storage, moving and tuning costs of our exquisite Hamburg Steinway. Circle members receive:

♪          Invitation to attend a private solo piano recital during the festival for circle members and supporters.

♪          Two complimentary front row seats at a concert of your choice

♪          Acknowledgement in the Festival Program Book, website, and from the stage

 

ADOPT AN ARTIST - $1,800

More than 40 artists participate in the summer festival each year, and donors may adopt an artist of their choice. The funding goes directly to the cost of supporting the artist and benefits include:

♪          Invitation to meet with your adopted artist during the festival over dinner with the musicians held at the end of each week.

♪          Acknowledgement in the Festival Program Book, website, and from the stage.

 

OTHER GIVING OPPORTUNITIES

Stradivarius: Gifts of $1,000 and above          

Guarnerius: Gifts of $600 to $999.

Amati: Gifts of $300 to $599                           

Cremona: Gifts of $150 to $299.

Amici: Gifts up to $149

All gifts are tax deductible and acknowledged in the Festival Program Book.

IN KIND DONATIONS

  • Open up your home or guest home to provide accommodation for our artists during the festival.
  • Volunteer to help at Music in the Vineyards and Kitchens in the Vineyards.
  • Become a wine partner and donate wine for pouring at our Kitchens in the Vineyards Preview Party, Music in the Vineyards Closing Night Celebration and our major donor events.

FOR THE LOVE OF MUSIC -

THE MAESTRO CIRCLE, OUR LEGACY GIFT PROGRAM

The Maestro Circle honors individuals who are providing for Music in the Vineyards with a gift in their wills or other estate planning documents. All legacy gifts are segregated in an income producing fund that ensures the Festival will continue to be a lasting source of enjoyment for future generations. 

If you have made a gift to the Festival as part of your will or estate plan, please inform Music in the Vineyards, so we can recognize your commitment through membership in the Maestro Circle. Maestro Circle members will be acknowledged annually in the Festival's summer program and other printed materials which are distributed at all concerts during the season.  Circle members will also be invited to an intimate, private social event each year.

GIVING OPTIONS

  • Bequests - You can specify in your will either a dollar amount or percentage of your estate that you wish to go to the Festival, while you retain the use of all of your assets during your lifetime.
  • Life Insurance - You can transfer ownership of a paid-up life insurance policy, receiving an immediate tax deduction, and eliminating taxes at the time of your death
  • Retirement Benefits - Naming the Festival as beneficiary of an IRA or other retirement plan assets will result in eliminating significant estate and income taxes at the time of your death.
