Housing for festival musicians is generously provided by supporters of Music in the Vineyards. Please complete this form so your hosts can prepare for your arrival — note that your contact information will be shared with them.

If you are flying into San Francisco or Oakland and renting a car, plan on arriving in the Napa Valley about two to three hours after your flight lands.

Most host accommodations include a small guest house or one to two additional rooms, so space for families is very limited. If you have extenuating circumstances requiring you to bring children, please contact MITV as soon as possible.
