Bring your instruments to join us for our third annual play-along of the Pachelbel Canon! Two of today’s most celebrated composers, Grammy-winner Jessie Montgomery and Pulitizer prize-winner Caroline Shaw, share the program with Felix Mendelssohn’s brilliant Octet, composed when he was just 16 years old!

Music Illuminated is MITV's signature series that goes beyond the notes on the page. Imagine a fireside chat-style conversation with Artistic Director Michael Adams, where you’re not just listening to a performance—you’re uncovering the stories behind classical music.At this event, Michael and the Pavone Quartet explore Beethoven's string quartet Op. 74 - its drama, success, and the origin of its nickname.

Ensemble Coaching is for chamber ensembles who will be coached by different Music in the Vineyards festival musicians each week. We welcome applications from intermediate to experienced players seeking to refine their ensemble techniques with the help of an internationally renowned MITV musician.
